Tap or Crash! — Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your Tap or Crash! game account at any time. There is no charge to request account deletion.
Delete your account inside the game
- Open Tap or Crash! and sign in to the online racing account you want to delete.
- Open My Profile, expand Account & Privacy, and find Delete racing account.
- Type DELETE and confirm. This permanently deletes the online game account and cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
If you have uninstalled the game, lost access, or need help with a child's information, email support@pitpixel.co.uk with the subject Tap or Crash Account Deletion Request. Please include your racing name or linked email, if known. Do not send passwords or identity documents in your first message. We may ask for reasonable account verification before deleting data.
What is deleted?
Deletion removes the online racing account and the associated game profile, chosen racing name, leaderboard scores, friend codes and connections, cloud saves, online car and coin balances, and reward records held in the active game database. We may retain information only where necessary for an applicable legal duty, unresolved dispute, security investigation, or provider backup cycle. Device-local saves on other devices are not automatically removed; you can clear the app's local data or uninstall it on those devices.
We handle deletion requests in accordance with applicable data-protection law and will respond if further verification or information is needed.
