Returns, cancellations and refunds
This policy applies to purchases made from PitPixel by UK consumers. It does not limit your statutory rights.
Changing your mind
For most goods bought online, you may cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Contact us within that period through our Contact page and clearly state that you wish to cancel.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
You may inspect goods in the same way you reasonably could in a shop. If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in value.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we tell you otherwise before purchase. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or otherwise does not meet your legal rights, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
Refund timing
Where you validly cancel, we will refund the amount paid for the goods and the cost of our standard outbound delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the additional amount above standard delivery is not refundable unless required by law.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and, where goods are being returned, no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
If goods are faulty, unsafe, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.
Model cancellation form
You may use this form to cancel an eligible order, but you do not have to use it. You can also contact us with any other clear statement that you wish to cancel.
