These terms apply when you use the PitPixel website or buy goods from us. They are intended for UK consumer sales and do not affect rights you have under consumer law.
About our store
PitPixel sells tech accessories inspired by PC setups, sim racing and automotive technology. Our current contact route is the Contact page on this website.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately and will only publish confirmed specifications once a product has completed our intended review process. Minor differences in colour or appearance can occur because of screens, lighting or manufacturing variation.
Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before checkout. If a clear pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, for example because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing error or we cannot deliver to the address provided. Where payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, we will refund it.
Payment
Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not intentionally store complete payment card details ourselves.
Delivery
Delivery arrangements and estimated times are explained in our Shipping & Delivery page and on relevant product listings. Unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
Cancellations, returns and faults
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds page. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where the law requires. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights.
Intellectual property
PitPixel branding, original text, graphics and other original website content are owned by us or used with permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. PitPixel is an independent brand and is not affiliated with Formula 1, its teams or drivers.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
