Shipping and delivery
PitPixel is initially focused on customers in the United Kingdom.
Delivery estimates
Each live product listing will show, or link to, the relevant estimated delivery window before you place an order. Delivery estimates may vary by product and fulfilment route.
Unless a different delivery period is clearly agreed with you, we will arrange delivery without undue delay and within 30 days of the order being placed.
Fulfilment
Some products may be shipped by selected third-party fulfilment partners on our behalf. This means items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. Your purchase contract remains with PitPixel.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge will be shown before you complete checkout. We will not add undisclosed delivery charges after your order has been placed.
Address details
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has started.
Delays or missing parcels
If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimate shown to you, or a parcel appears to be lost, contact us through our Contact page and we will investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner. Your statutory rights are not affected.
